Fletchings – Returns Policy
Due to the nature of fletchings as small, delicate components, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
Unopened & Unused: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customer Responsibility: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your fletchings arrive damaged or you receive the wrong colour/quantity, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened packs or fletchings that have been handled, glued, or otherwise altered.
