Returns Policy – Arrows 

All Hemlock Archery arrows are made to order and often customised to suit individual specifications. As such, returns or exchanges are not accepted on any completed arrow orders unless the product is damaged or faulty on arrival. 

Custom Orders 

Because our arrows are built specifically for your setup (draw length, spine, fletching style, etc.), we cannot accept returns due to: 

• A change of mind 

• Incorrect information provided by the customer 

• General wear from use 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your arrows arrive damaged or not as described: 

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery 

• Provide clear photos of the issue and any relevant details 

• If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or partial refund as appropriate 

Usage Disclaimer 

Arrows should only be used in the correct and recommended manner, with suitable equipment and proper safety practices. Hemlock Archery is not responsible for any damage, injury, or failure resulting from improper use, including: 

• Shooting with bows of a higher draw weight than recommended 

• Use with bows or setups not approved or advised by Hemlock Archery 

• Misuse or unsafe shooting practices 

Important Notes 

• All returned items must be unused and in original condition 

• Returns must be authorised before sending anything back 

• We are not responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
