Due to the nature of our finishing products, returns are only accepted on unopened and unused bottles. If you wish to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met: 

  • The bottle must be sealed, undamaged, and in resaleable condition. 

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or sent in error. 

  • Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.
